We host parties every day of the week on the hour starting from 10am on weekdays and 9am on weekends with the last party slot of the day starting at 6pm. Check our live book now link to see available times & dates.

If you are booking with less than 3 days’ notice, please contact the venue directly and we will get back to you with availability for your requested date.

Please note that you can save 15% when booking a party Monday to Thursday (offer excludes Public & School Holidays).

Our party packages have been designed for the Total Ninja aged 5 years or over in mind.

To host a party for a Ninja younger than 5, please get in touch with a member of our team to discuss your requirements.

The minimum guest number for a party is 10 on our peak days (Friday – Sunday, Public & School Holidays) and 5 on our off-peak days with a maximum of 32.

If you would like a larger party, please get in touch with a member of our team and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit payment at the time of booking. Due to high volumes of enquiries, we are unable to reserve parties without a payment. The final 50% must be paid a week in advance to your booking.

Of course! Please ask your party host to assist in singing happy birthday when the time comes! All we ask is no other outside catering is brought into the Park as this invalidates our public liability insurance. We also ask that you only use standard birthday candles due to our fire alarms.

Standing and table decorations are of course welcome, however we do not allow any banners or other items to be attached to the walls as this can cause damage.

Each party guest by default receives a portion of Chicken Strips & Fries, a Slushy and a bottle of water. The Chicken Strips & Fries can be swapped for a Grilled Cheese Toastie & Fries, a Mini Burger & Fries, Fish Goujons & Fries or a Mini Margarita Pizza. The Slushy can also be swapped for a boxed juice, a canned drink or bottled water (please advise of any other food intolerances or dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate).

All of our cafe restaurants are Certified Halal.

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity. Long t-shirts are recommended to protect your arms however you may wear shorts and t-shirts if you prefer. We include this information on our party invites to ensure all your guests are aware.

Cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice before the event, will be refunded in full.

In the event of a cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice before the event, the 50% deposit payment will be forfeited.

All requests for cancellations or changes must be made via email to the venue at which the booking was made.
