HOW LONG BEFORE MY SESSIONS SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your session to allow time for check-in, collection of your wristbands and watching a safety briefing before your session starts. Late arrival may result in missing part of your session or your booking being moved to the next available session where possible. We are unable to extend your session to make up for any lost time due to late arrival/ failure to complete a waiver or provide a partial/whole refund.
DO YOU HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER OR WATCH A BRIEFING?
We require all participating guests to complete a waiver and to watch a safety briefing video before entering the Park. No individual may access the Park without completing a waiver and understanding the Ninja Rules. If you would like assistance with this or have any questions please ask a member of our team. Participants on the course are responsible for ensuring safe play by abiding by the rules and safety information displayed or communicated by our team. In the interest of safety for themselves and our other guests, those who are deemed to be unsafe/ failing to comply by the Park rules will be removed from the Park.
