We host parties every day of the week on the hour starting from 10am on weekdays and 9am on weekends with the last party slot of the day starting at 6pm. Check our live book now link to see available times & dates.

Please note that you can save 15% when booking a party Monday to Thursday (offer excludes Public & School Holidays).

Yes, we require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit payment at the time of booking. Due to high volumes of enquiries, we are unable to reserve parties without a payment. The final 50% must be paid a week in advance to your booking.

Each party guest by default receives a portion of Chicken Strips & Fries, a Slushy and a bottle of water. The Chicken Strips & Fries can be swapped for a Grilled Cheese Toastie & Fries, a Mini Burger & Fries, Fish Goujons & Fries or a Mini Margarita Pizza. The Slushy can also be swapped for a boxed juice or bottled water (please advise of any other food intolerances or dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate).

All of our cafe restaurants are Certified Halal.

Final party numbers and food choices must be confirmed 72 hours before your booked party. Whilst we always endeavour to accommodate last minute additions, this may not always be possible as we restrict numbers for safety purposes and an enhanced customer experience. Reduction in numbers will also be accommodated up to 72 hours before your booked party provided that our minimum booking requirements are met.

Party packs are not included as standard in the package price however may be added on booking. We also offer a fantastic and wide range of merchandise items which can also be added on booking.

No unhosted parties are permitted.

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for physical activity. Long t-shirts are recommended to protect your arms however you may wear shorts and t-shirts if you prefer. We include this information on our party invites to ensure all your guests are aware.

Cancellations with more than 2 weeks notice before the event, will be refunded in full. In the event of a cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice before the event, the 50% deposit payment will be forfeited. All requests for cancellations or changes must be made via email to the venue at which the booking was made.
